Jorge Mier is a veteran radio professional and program director with a major impact on Hispanic broadcasting in the United States. Jorge was born in Puerto Rico, moved to Florida as a teen, and launched his career at age 15, hosting a Miami radio show and gaining experience in production and on-air roles. Jorge’s breakthrough came in 1993 at La Mega 97.9 FM in New York, where he rose from on-air talent to Program Director.
